Danish: Jacobs Classic er en mørk undergæret guld på 7.4 %, som er brygget af pilsnermalt og specielmalt. Det er en kraftig mørk guldøl med en smag af karamel.

Dark orange colour, thick and disappearing head. Aroma is sweet with berries and some solvent-like alcohol. Flavour is typical to bock with sweet malt and hints of spices. Toffee in the finish. Palate is too high on CO2. Not good.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with medium white lasting head. Aroma is sweet caramel with hints of citrus. Taste is heavy sweet. Body is watery with good carbonation. Finish is sticky and sweet.

Bottled. Dark amber coloured. unclear. dense beige head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, spiced and has light caramel. Thin bodied. Fruity end. I’m not too fond of this brewery.

Clear amber with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and hoppy notes. Flavour was sweet and malty with caramel and breadish notes. Towards the finish hops kicked in.

Pours clear ruby golden with a fine, staying, creamy, beige head. Sweet butterscotch aroma, light raisins and bready malts. Fat mouthfeel, medium carbonation, fair creaminess. Flavour is lightly smoky, some raisins, toasted caramel and general sweetness. Far too sweet for my liking.
