3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(Bottle 0.33l 1 year after best before) Hazy black colour. Small, brown, fast falling, avarage thick head, reduced to stable ring. Medium body, soft carbonation, smooth and medium oily texture.
Aroma: Dark chocolate, coffee, prunes, light roasted and toasted, a bit bready.
Taste: A bit watery, moderate sweet with light but disturbed roasted tariness, increasing in medium long finish. A hinch of alcohol.
Aftertaste is not bad and roasted . One year storage don’t help this beer, still nothing special.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Low fluffy and quickly disappearing head. Hazy brown body. Malt caramel flaovr with a hint of coffre. Far from having the expected solid coffee malt liquorice or even choccolate flavor expected. Just a weak malty flavor without bitterness, Low carbonation. Short finish. Disappointing.

Too thin, not enough carbonation. Taste is alright I guess, I like my porters a little more bitter though.
