A real winner out of the Carlsberg stable--a welcome taste for a guy who just moved from Belgium to Denmark. A very well-balanced dubbel, with the right mix of spice, caramel, sweetness and savouriness. Am trying to think of a comparable Belgian--perhaps an Affligem bruin?
