COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

esox (1194) - Oulu, FINLAND - JUL 28, 2008
Draught at Pub Graali, Oulu. A bit hazy, orange beer with a medium dense head. Aroma has surprisingly intensive berry notes and sweetness of caramel malts. Finish is great caramel-malty with medium, woody hops. Flavor is sweetish malty/caramel. Medium bitterness n the finish. Smooth mouthfeel and sof carbonation. Ok long finish with clear berry notes and caramel. Quite strange, but very pleasant pils with a distinctive character.

Rune (9405) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUN 8, 2008
On tap at the brewhouse (CVC) in Copenhagen. Shared with Finn A. Thin, white head over a crystal clear, amber-golden body. Malty-sweet nose. Mild in flavour with herbs, grain and hops. Medium bodied. Smooth mouthfeel. More than average for the style, in other words; a decent pilsener (29.05.2008).

Draught@Beer Hunters as "Extra Pils"
Clear amber color, small white head. A bit perfumic, woody-malty aroma. Quite malty, alcoholic, ryeish flavor. Also some sweetness. Bittery aftertaste. Kind of unbalanced feeling. Anyway not a disaster, drinkable.
