[EBF @ Copenhagen, September 2008] Small creamy off-white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Cloudy amber color. Aroma of bog myrtle/Juniper, toasted malt, mild spicy and fruity notes. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and mild dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with good counter bitterness maybe from bog myrtle or Juniper. Mild dry and fruity herbal finish.

Hazy orange of color with a small off white head. An aroma of herbs, sweets, hints of mead and weak malty. A flavor of malt, spice, herbs, no hops and hints of sweets.

On tap at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. A hazy orange-golden beer with a small off-white head. Fruity, sugary nose with a herbal touch. Sweet and fruity, almost syrupy, flavor with some herbal bitterness. Medium to thin mouthfeel. Quite dry, still giving a sweet impression. Drinkable indeed, but lacks on body and flavor. (080913)

Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen. So cloudy it is nearly opaque. Spicy herbal aroma. Quite soft with a slightly fruity taste.

Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Unclear light to medium amber orange color with a small, virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, herbs - porse. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [130908]

On tap @ EBF 2008. Muddy brown/orange body with nice off-white head. Aroma has a weak impression of lemon and caramel. Flavor is sweet malty, a bit herbal with bouillon. Considering how this beer is made it’s interesting and totally drinkable, but not a big success.

(On tap) Hazy amber golden with basically no head. Lightly fruity aroma with a light whiff of caramel. Medium body with strange notes of English toffee and a lightly spicy edge. Also the finish is spicy with only a very weak bitterness. 130908

[on tap at EBF 2008] Sugar candy caramel aroma with a little sweet gingerbread and, low and behold, no hops. Cloudy brown-orange with a white ring. No hops in the flavour, but grainy with a ton of milk chocolate and a tiny bit of corriander. Not bitter, but dry enough to make it work. Interesting, but sort of boring. Smooth, clean, medium carbonation that makes up for the lack of bitterness.

EBF2008. It’s unclear, dark golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel and bog myrtle. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, bog myrtle and a tannic-acid-dryness. An interesting brew, worth a try.

Draught@EBF2008. Hazy orange colour, not much head. Aroma is herbs, fruits and grass. Flavour is grass, herbs and some grass. A really twisted thing, in a rather nice way.
