Sweet flavour of caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, mildl roasted malt and prunes. Full bodied. Oily texture.. Ends up more dry with a little bitterness. This one has maneged the storage quite well. An OK brew.

(on bottle) Dark orange, small white head. Oxyged and moulded aroma. Sticky and allmost oily in the mouthfeel. A beer very much over the top and how can a 10.1% B.W be that? Again, Carlsberg makes me wonder........

Bottled. Tasting @ Kolding Bryglaug. Bottle 04986. 2003. Aroma is a bit dusty, sweetish, has raisin and is fruity. Slightly hazy, copper amber coloured with an off-white, thin head. Taste is sweet, bit dusty, sugary, vinous/porty, has raisin, fruits and some caramel malts. Is already a bit flat. So don’t age this one for more than 5 years.
