COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Amber golden beer with steady head. Nice fresh hopnotes, but not overpowering, rather mild. Malty flavors are dominant, medium sweet, evolving in nutty tasted bitters with hints of citrus. It combined very well with marinated herring Danish style(dill/5 spices/currycream).

0.75 bottle. Distinctly hop aroma with some herbs and a delicate scent of malt. Light amber color and average white head. Sweet taste with tones of sourness, slightly salty. Medium body and creamy texture stressed by soft carbonation. Medium, unspoiled finish exactly matching the taste. Striking good beer, very well balanced, should suit the taste of many especially these favoring hops.

OleR (3676) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 21, 2011
0.75L bottle from Irma, Vesterbro, Kbh. A finger of big-bubbled blond foam over a clear brownish-golden body. Hoppy aroma, grass and hay. Some sweet-scented malts to. Body is medium malty with a sweet bready tone. Clean bitterness. Grassy and floral hop flavor. Feels thick in the mouth. A taste of sweet malts, like malt drops, in the finish. An ok English style ale, but lacks the freshness.
