English: Saaz Blonde is brewed according to the Belgian tradition but with Czech Saaz hops. It has a light colour with a blonde head. The flavour is fruity, contrasted by the dryness of angelica, clove and coriander. The aroma is rounded by a pine needle character from the Saaz hops. The finish has a moderate bitterness. Enjoy at 5-7 degrees Celsius.

Butelka 0,33 l, kupiona w browarze Carlsberga w Kopenhadze.

0,75 l bottle bought somewhere in Denmark. Aroma is malts, lightly sweetness and some pine. Taste malts, a little bit hops, fruit and alcohol. The alcohol have nothing to hide behind in this beer. Overall its a watery, to strong and not very good. Is this a Belgian Ale?

(from 75 cl bottle @ Carlsberg Museum) Poured at fridge temperature into Jacobsen glassware. Has a clear amber body with one finger, off-whie head that fades leaving a bit of lace. Good regeneration. Aroma is Belgian yeast with phenols and notes of green fruit, bubble gum and cloves. Oily texture, soft carbonation, medium body and a short and sweet finish. Flavour is relatively sweet and spicy, of which I am generally not too fond.

The beer looks very nice, and somehow classy. The color is a beautiful golden yellow. The beer is crystal clear. It looks royal, don’t ask me why. The beer pours a modest layer of rough white foam. The bulk collapses and a thin drape remains to cover the beer. The beer smell very nice. There is a fruity floral aroma. It has a little sour tingle in the nose, which is very nice. There is also a tiny bit of mint. Very nice. The taste is nice as well. There is the same floral fruitiness, with the sour and mint touches. All individual flavors and aromas are fused together, I can’t clearly define all the individual aromas and flavors. The blend is very nice though. The beer has a nice sweetness in it. The taste is really good, the finish is very tasty as well. It had a nice tingle in it. The beer has a nice high alcohol percentage. A very good beer and just what I expected: a strong, firm refreshing blond beer. Keep up the good work.

An aromatic very complex ale. It has so many scent trail that constantly discovering new things in the aroma. Malt, hops, citrus, juniper, apple and then a secret scent I do not know, but it may come from angelica. It is of course high alcohol content, but hides it well under the very complex taste of the above. Only slightly hoppy bitterness.
