Golden in colour, light white coloured head, light lacing. The aroma is grassy, herbal, light spice as well. The flavour is lightly spiced, good amount of hop bite, grassy, lightly sweet. Medium bitterness in the mouthfeel, light body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes long with a moderate bitterness. No bad, fairly refreshing, grassy throughout.

Jun 17, 2008 Pours blonde and hazy with quite a white head. Very yeasty, some floral notes from the hops but not too much bitterness (that is, hardly none at all). Not bad but not very exciting either.

Jun 7, 2008 750ml bottle: Orange-amber with a touch of haze. Nice head and lacing. Common blonde aroma...fruity and yeasty. Flavours of sweet malt and spice. Round mouthfeel.

May 25, 2008 The beer was gold with a moderate amount of off-white head. In the aroma and flavor I got a lot of malt and with some mild banana, cloves, and coriander. I brought this to a party and it went over pretty well with regular people. Better than the Jacobsen Original Dark Lager, but still overpriced.

May 22, 2008 (0.75L bottle) Lovely gold-amber color with nice off white head. Aroma of cloves. Flavor is fruity and clove. I didn’t notice the Saaz much, much to my dissapointment. It was overwhelmed by the clove.

May 15, 2008 Bouteille de 750 ml. La bière se présente avec une robe dorée claire arborant une belle mousse blanche qui diminue que très lentement. Notre sens de l’odorat détecte des arômes de coriandre, de citron, de grain, de pêche, de banane et de levure. En bouche le corps est mince-moyen et on découvre des flaveurs de grain, de houblon floral, d’alcool, de banane, de citron et de sirop.
