Bottle # 1506. Clear with a deep amber colour and white lasting foam. I really like the aroma: fruity, citrus with hints of sweet/caramel. Taste is balanced dominated by caramel and malty notes. Full mouthfeel. Really good beer

Bottle @ End of the year, Odense Tasting 2012. Bottle # 3087. Pours clear amber golden with a lasting white head. Nose is toffee, caramel and citrus. Flavor is hoppy and malty. Caramel, citrus and peach. Sweet with a note of alcohol in the finish.

It’s not really a Christmas Tasting in Odense. Amber with a small white head. Hoppy aroma with orange, grapefruit and peach, on a background of fine bready malt. Sweetish malty and fruity flavour with a mild and well balanced bitter finish

Pours clear dark golden with a lovely, staying, small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has citrus, pine, toasted caramel, subdued smoke. Medium carbonation, nice dry and quite oily mouthfeel. Flavour has caramel, leaves, pine needles, citrus zest. Good bitterness. Really well-balanced.

Bottle from brewery store (not on tap at Fermentoren on September 22nd) Pours A clear amber with slight head. Hoppy Aroma. Medium lbody. Initially dry malty flavor. Odd maltiness. Over carbonated, full mouthfeel. Thin flavor character. Doesn’t seem that special.
