Pinball (10773) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 26, 2014
bottle from føtex. pours a hazy yellow, with a hugh smooth yellow head. sweet banana, yeast and wheat in the aroma. Aroma is really nice. flavor is banana chips, (so a little sweeter than banana) also wheat, alc. and faint wheat, faint yeast... this is very much true to the hefeweizen tradition, and it is well brewed. As a beer i find it slighlty too sweet and i miss some unexpectedness in all the perfectoin... but i’m sure lots of wheat beer brewers envy how well this one is done.

Bottle. Pours a dark hazy golden body with a medium white head. Nose is banana, straw, bread yeast and hints of honey. Taste is grains, banana, straw, mild cereals and hints of bread and citrus. Light to medium body, medium to soft carbonation. Fair enough weizen, no winner but rather drinkable.

PapaVillum (425) - Valby, DENMARK - MAY 1, 2014
75 cl, flaske, 5,9 % ABV, købt i Netto somewhere, 1. maj 2014.

LasseVPedersen (225) - Aarhus N, DENMARK - JAN 15, 2014
Bottle, 75cl. Shared with an old friend, thanks. Pours hazy, golden color with a medium, big creamy off-white head. Not very long lasting. Aroma is spice, banana, yeast, citrus and summer fruits. Above normal sweetness level for the typical Hefeweizen; the banana is being hidden away with little hints of wheat flavor along with spiciness. Medium body, creamy delightful mouth-feel, soft carbonation. Ends very sudden. Very refreshing, definitely deserves better than 3 degrees Celsius in January.
