Pite na Wyspach Owczych. Mętne piana drobna dobrze trzyma się ścianek. Aromat bananów i owoców z przewagą tych ostatnich. W smaku łagodne, klasyczny weissbier, dobre.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle from Carlsbery Brewery/Visitor Centre, Copenhagen (20 Danish Krone):
Quite a nice, well-balanced hefeweizen that was definitely an easy one to drink & there was just enough going on to keep things interesting without it truly being a special beer. I liked the touches of sweetness dotted about the place & the subtle caramel malts were a nice touch around the middle too; a solid effort from the brewery that’s definitely worth trying if you happen to find it whilst in Copenhagen but it’s probably not one that’s worth going hunting for.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Farum 10/4 2016. Shared 75 cl bottle. The light blue label in the Jacobsen franchise. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow with big white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma is sweetish with a little banana and lemonade. Some lightly citric notes. Medium carbonation and watery palate. Taste is quite sweet. Only a little sourness in the aftertaste. Decent weiss beer - easy to drink and pleasant. Gets a bit boring as you work your way through the big bottle.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Close, beautiful, white foam rises by pouring of Jacobsen’s Weissbier. The aroma is slightly spicy, banana, summer berries and yeast. Medium richness in taste, which is also the well-known banana notes can be tasted with a little citrus marked taste. It has a weiss beers familiar fresh taste of grain / hay, but is perhaps a little too sweet and too unspiced compared to many weiss beers. Hop bitterness is gentle and keeps the beer fresh malt flavor for a long time. It is an honorable weiss beer. A slightly acidic and seemed aromatic aftertaste reminiscent of a failed chemistry experiment, but fortunately no worse than that it is still easy to drink and have medium enjoyment value.
