Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a slightly roasted malty spicy caramel aroma. Roasted malty spicy yeasty flavor with hints of caramel. Has a roasted malty spicy caramel finish.

A bit hazy dark brown, almost on the black side. Small tan head. Aroma and taste of toffee, malt, bread and coffee. Also some nuts and some licorice. Rather nice.

330ml Bottle - Dark brown, almost black in colour. Liquorice, marzipan, dried fruit and malt all feature in the aroma. Malty, fruity and slightly sweet taste with notes of salt liquorice, raisins, marzipan and plain chocolate.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Dark amber/brown beer with a small beige head. Malty bready aroma, vinous, raisins, molasses, plum notes. Malty flavor, licorice, caramel, salmiak, raisins, roasted, caramel, some prunes, salty notes. Licorice finish with biscuits, raisins and some hop notes.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy dark mahogany colour, brief head. Rich aroma of coffee and caramel. Sweet with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Rather heavy with salty molasses and coffee. Growing bitter finish. Warming and flavourful, albeit a bit syrupy. No off flavours. Quite enjoyable winter warmer.
