Growler shared by Ray. Pours a clear light golden color with a small white head. The aroma is sweet creamy malts, dough, and a dry grass. The flavor is moderately sweet malts, creamy mild corn, bread dough with a very mild bitterness to the finish.

Growler sample shared by Ray. Poured clear amber color with a moderate fizzy white head that diminished slolwy with good lacing. Moderate sweet aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a smooth sweet finish of average duration. Solid refreshing brew.

Growler to snifter (thanks Ray). Looks solid; a transparent orange with white lacing. Smells and tastes hoppy and bitter for a cream ale (but not unpleasantly so). Average on the palate. A solid take on the style.

phaleslu (9425) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 30, 2012
Pour from a growler shared by Ray - thanks! Pours a clear gold with some big bubbles instead of a normal head. Notes of dough, biscuits, creamed corn, and straw on the nose. The flavor is more like pale malts, crackers, straw, corn, and grass. Light-bodied, with a dry, grainy mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Dogbrick (11614) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 4, 2012
Sample at the tasting room. The beer pours a clear straw color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of mild hops and biscuit malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, bready malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is lightly bitter with a lingering herbal hops aftertaste. Above average overall.
