Bottle 330 ml
Aroma true proper honey aroma, true solid balanced character. Rare find. 8-
Appearance golden brew with large frothy top. Fine ornamental lace. Proper look.
Flavor and Palate : Lighter malt base with heavier honey notes. Sweet floral character , hint of rose petal. To be honest I am not big fan of those Mead lagers that suddenly appeared here in 2010-11 season but this one is rare balanced example I would have again with pleasure.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours gold... like honey. Very small head.
Nose shows honey, marzipan and some dirty malt. Pretty interesting, that marzipan character is crazy.
Lots of honey as a flavour, along with soft marzipan and cough syrup. Very sweet. Too much so.
Body feels a little watery, higher carbonation is really need as well.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Clear gold with a modest white head that doesn’t last. Aroma of earthy, leathery honey, grass, toast. Taste is sweet and very honeyed, with some biscuity malt and some drying hops but no bitterness. A little syrupy with light carbonation. Mostly about the honey, but it’s good honey and the beer is nicely balanced. For these guys it’s not even that sweet.
