Considering the harshness of the winters in Northern Lapland you’d really expect the winter version to be something like World Wide Stout. I wish it was... OlJuntan64 (1267), Perth, Australia
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 26, 2002 Also Jahki Vinter: Crystal clear dark amber with a medium size and lasting white head and some light lace too. Mild caramel and antiseptic alcohol with hints of fruit and spices aroma. Light body with mild bitter and faint sour palate at the start. Interesting honey, caramel and roasted smokey flavours drift in and out while tasting. Looks adequately carbonated but taste is relatively flat. Middle, finish and aftertaste are a tad bland spoiling what is otherwise quite a pleasant beer.. pilsnerrogge (1797), Finspång, Sweden
