COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An artisanal style IPA combining midly bitter hops, garden fresh jalapeno peppers and cilantro. With a moderate malt profile, this culinary concoction offers both an easy drinking IPA & a bowl full of jalapenos without the burn or bittering one might expect. Never would Scoville have imagined such a fitting match for the world’s perfect pepper.

I really love the IPA hoppy flavor followed by the nice transition of the Jalapeño. Both flavors I truly enjoy. A smooth beer. Highly recommend it.

Enjoyable "hot" IPA. Orange color with fluffy off-white head and lacing. Earthy undertones, a bit green, pepper for sure, bitter hops, but still easy drinking. Fun brew.

Pour from can. Copper color with creamy tan head. Light fruity jalapeno and hint of tobacco aroma. Taste is tropical mango and pineapple, caramel malt with a hint of jalapeno flavor. Initially I was expecting more pepper flavor and heat, as it warms up so does the spiciness of this beer. Nice IPA, I would not shy away from it.

pours a golden orange with a thick white head. Aroma is vegetal, astringent, peppers, hops and cilantro. Taste is more cilantro than jalapeño, malt with muted hops. This is a bit hard to drink

Poured from a can into a lager glass. Pours a dark golden/orange color with a nice foamy off-white head. Aroma is filled with notes of citrus, lemon, pepper, pine, and peppers. Taste is citrus, pine, ash, and a light flavor of jalapenos. A little burn comes from the finish. Medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation and a sticky mouth feel. Slight bitterness to the beer. It is a weird combination. I think a little more jalapeno presence would take the ashy flavor away and make it a better overall experience.

Pours a clear red orange color with a very defined fluffy foaming head that laced my glass. The aroma is a nice blending of jalapenos and herbal hops with a mild malty scent. As for the taste I picked up on a pleasant herbal citrus lemon bitterness, semi sweet malted grains, pepper flavor, and a touch of cilantro. The body was medium and the finish was good, a very drinkable brew. Overall this is a good beverage but the blended flavor and the aroma weren’t on the same page exactly. I truly enjoyed the aroma, it reminded me of jalapeno cheese crackers by Lance.

Smells tempting, but tastes like the watery remains of canned jalepenos. No heat at all.

Growler from SL. Dark orange in color, decent head. Good nose of some Jalapeno peppers. Taste is a mild Jalapeno for those who would be turned off by that but not me! Tame but still enjoyable. Lightly hopped but well balanced by the malt presence. Some light lime/lemon and biscuit malt taste as well. Body is light to medium. Wish some one deliver me some taco’s right about meow! Pairs well with Newcleus Jam on it!

Draft at the source. Hazy golden amber color, white edge head. Aroma of subtly herbal citrus. Taste is bitter, with pepper flesh but no real heat.

Tap at the brewery. Pours clear orange. Aroma is peppers, and clear jalapeño scent. Flavor is sweet malt, light peppers, jalapeño, light hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body. Really good, never thought jalapeño beer would be this tasty.
