COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Partners in Crime exhibits a dominant wheat beer character with a supporting cast of unique and funky flavors. Our sour mash and lactobacillus additions impart an extra depth described as a lemon and peach fruit with a hint of corn and farmland. The star is the sour note that brightens the beer and adds a crisp tart finish.

Growler filled at Hop City in Atlanta, poured a light hazy milky straw yellow color, aromas off light tart lemons, and some wheat. Flavors are some funky wheat with light tart lemons. Not overly tart just enough to enjoy it. Light, refreshing, easy drinker for outside.

Growler from Hop City. Clear light golden pour with a small white head. Aroma was full of lemon and light grain, touch of the forthcoming tartness. Flavors were incredibly refreshing and light. Notes of lemon, wheat, lightly fruity with a tart finish. Incredibly crisp from top to bottom. Carbonation in the medium range. So enjoyable. Reminded me a lot of an Oarsman with a bit more tartness.

Tap at Cumming Growler Shop. Pours a hazy sunflower yellow with quickly dissipating white frothy head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, and lemon. Taste is of tons of wheat and lemon. Tart like unsweetened lemonade with a wheat twist. Very refreshing and easy to drink.

Growler @ Crafty Draught. Pours cloudy, bright yellow. Very thin white head. Carbonation like a kombucha drink. Aroma of fresh wheat, tart wheat, lemon juice. Vert tart, very refreshing, crisp wheat character. Loads of wheat flavor. Finishes with a lemon tartness. Lacto is a dominate character in this beer, but the wheat brings the balance to the tartness that makes this beer so enjoyable. (3466)
