Draft at Taco Mac Sandy Springs. Pours golden with a thin white head. Has a kind of fruitiness on the nose. Some nice farmhouse on the tongue with enough hoppiness on the finish to keep things tidy. Solid for style.

Tap at taco Mac sandy spring - pours straw with a white head. Aroma is light piney hops. Taste is sweet with a dry bitter finish as it warms in my mouth. Overall, a light example of the style.

Draft @ Trappeze Pub. Actually quite surprise I didn’t go after a local saison before now. Pours a light golden yellow that is unclear and large white sticky laced head. Nose is a stale ascpect around it, but that could be confused for a bit of funkiness, lemon. Taste is more lemon citrus, grasssy, light funk. Medium mouth. In the end, I still dig it but wish it has a little more breadth.

bottle, from trade with Carny77. good aroma, tart, yeasty, little bready, coriander, lemon, little banana. Got better as warmed. mellow spice and was a tad more balanced between yeast and malt scents. Hazed yellow gold color. Big head, eventually faded. spotty lace. sweet, flavor. light body smooth thin mouthfeel, spiced finish. it’s good, warmed up nicely. felt like when cold it emphasized the spice in the yeast. malt kind of came up as it warmed with it’s sweetness and made it more enjoyable.

Hazy light golden color with white sheen. Nice tart wheat, herbal, vegetal, lemon peel aromas. Medium body. Sour dough, honeysuckle, lemon, herbal vegetal flavors--tasty Saison.

This looks a lot like the Prison Camp Pils, but it’s much drier and the flowery/spicy aroma is definitely different from the pils. Slightly overcarbonated.

Cloudy yellow, loose but fairly sizey white head. Nice bready, yeasty aroma - some grass, some odd banana aromas, too. Smooth, mellow flavor with a lot of yeasty sweetness and a lot of mild spices. Citrus, grass, wood (maybe a little cedar) pop up, as well. Casual, unhurried flavors, and it doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to reveal itself.

22 oz bottle pours a hazy golden head with a great white head. Aromas of flowers, light citrus, spice. Light bodied with a light fresh finish, my favorite from them so far.
