Bottle, 22oz. A small, white head sits on top of an almost clear body. Golden in color. Citrusy and lighlty herbal on the nose, not much room for maltyness. Some crackery malts. The flavor is lightly citrusy, with pale malts, some herbal notes and a little bitterness. Medium body, quite dry and effervescent. Some bitterness in the else citrusy finish. Well, sort of quenching, but not very interesting. 111105

Bottle thanks to Matt! Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a strong wheat that makes it mostly one note. Flavor is similar with lots of earthy wheat and a hint of underlying light fruits.

Bottle shared at natifest ’11. Poured a hazy golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sweet wheat aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Draft. The color is murky like a unkempt swimming pool but with a golden hue. Absolutely no head with barely a ring around the glass. I believe this was the bartender’s idea of hooking me up with an extra oz. Not pretty, but thanks, I guess. I get yeast, wheat and a bit of honey and citrus from the aroma. It tastes not as complex as I would have thought from the murkiness. Its pretty light (but sessional) with lemon and typical yeasty flavors. Not bad and could drink for alwhile, but the memory will fade on this one.
