22oz bottle, smoked beer wazoo!! .. . pours a deep brown .. . good foam .. . mild mouth .. . decent smoke level .. . a decent smoked beer .. . . do you really love the lamp?

22 ounce bottle shared by someone at RBWG, poured a brownish color with aromas of roastd malt, peat, some ash, and a touch of cocoa. Flavors are the same not overly smokey but did have a light sour aftertaste. Thanks to who ever brought this.

Bottle shared at RBWG. Pours a reddish light brown. Nose is super goaty/gamey, light ash. Flavor is quite salty, light goat, minerals. Not a huge fan.

Bottle. Hazy brown color, medium tan head. Aroma of smouldering banana bubblegum. Taste is light summer fruit mixed with earthy cocoa, background of peat and roastiness. Interesting combination that somehow works.

Draught. I hope this was a bad keg. i like rauch bier but this was limp, watery, not effervescent and all around bad.

Dark brown color with tan head. Smoked wood, dry chocolate, wheat toast aromas. medium body. Smoked wood, semi-sweet chocolate, toast flavors--not bad

Brown/black pour with white head and lace. Peaty, smokiness, and some dried fruit. Smoke, bacon, and raisins on the flavor. Fizzy but ok.

22oz bottle-courtesy decaturstevo-pours dark brown with a dissipating tan head. Aroma is smoke/peat-medium/dark malt, some dark fruit. Taste is peat/smoke-dark wheat, some earthy hops.

Nice balance of roasty and smoke. I was worried the smoke would be overpowering, but this is just a lightly smiley dunkelweiss. Not bad.

Bottle thanks to GAManiac. Dark brown pour with thin fading tan head. Light fruity aroma with faint smoke, roasted malt, and rubber. Flavor has an initial sweet pear/apple flavor followed by light salty smoke and finishes dry and somewhat roasty. Lingering fruit/roast/rubber. Pretty thin on the palate.
