3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Geez, what a drag: I just had this on draft at the hotel where I’m staying and it was so much better then - just like a good real, pale ale should tast like. But this poured at a good temperature with a modest head, that soon faded and a bit o lace. Color is a clear amber with some tiny bubble trails. Aroma is skunk malt and not much else. Flavor is very mild- hops are almost gone, some malt and tang, not much else. Bit of bittersweet. Body/carbonation are decent. Finish is like flavor, some mild medicinal flavs.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a hazy golden colour, with a small white head. Don’t get much on the nose, some light apricote in there somewhere. Flavour is quite ordinary, some hay, apricote and hints of citrus. Refreshing, but lacking taste and aroma. Not a bad beer as all as a session beer, but just not that exciting.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Someone looking for an easy drink this is not a bad pale ale. Just find it is a little weak overall. Needs a bit more bitterness.

2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light aroma consisting of some floral and fruity notes. Pale straw colour. Nothing about this beer is exciting. Poor decision on the wheat addition, leaves a sour aftertaste and the nelson hops taste astringent.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
I really wanted to like this beer based on the description, however it falls short of the given expectations. Pours a pale yellow, somewhat hazy rather than cloudy, thin white head. Aroma is weak, Light notes of grapefruit, lemon, some dry white grape, slightly doughy. It’s a simple and straightforward flavor profile. No noticeable caramel or sweet flavors. Clean malt, but could use much more character. Finish is a little astringent, slightly sour and it leaves a undesirable flavor. The bitterness is firmer than most Australian versions of the pale ale, yet it has a long way to come.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Fruity, well carbonated, quite refreshing, drink it cold on a hot day. Not their best beer but still pretty good.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy blonde, frothy head. Not much aroma, maybe a little pale malt. A little crispness, mellow pale malts. Balanced but really mellow.
