This premium hand~crafted ale is a unique brew of three malts and three Tasmanian hops added late to the kettle plus an original 125 year old, top fermenting ale yeast, creating an easy~drinking, deep copper~coloured ale with distinct richness, creamy head, and a slightly nutty finish.

On tap at the brewhouse. Pours a vibrant amber red with a slightly tan head that retains all the way to the bottom of the glass. One of the most impressive displays of head retention I have seen. Arms of caramel, nut, toffee and some fruit. Flavour is not quite as pronounced as was expected. A little watery, but that being said, very sessionable. Flavour also has some honey, to match the favours described in the aroma. Would like it to be stronger, but very respectable.

Bottle, 0.345l. Clear pale amber color with medium creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of caramel malt, nuts, toffee and fruits. Taste starts with moderate sweet toasted malt with nutty hints, fruity following and mild bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and lively natural carbonation in palate. Best Aussie beer so far..

Pours a translucent but deep red-tinted amber. The head is a thin film at best and the aroma is a weaker barley malt, but still coming off as pure. The flavor is a bit glassy and malty and finishes a little sweet. The malt in the aroma and flavour are decidedly English.

Pretty dece. Poured at a good temperature with a nice, thick, foamy, long lasting, cream-colored head, and lots of lace. Color is a lovely, clear, red amber with some tiny bubbles. Nose is malt, fruit, hint of roast. Flavorís like nose, fruit comes out a lot more along with caramel and toffee. Body/carbonation are good. Finish is like flavor, no odd quals. quite drinkable. Nicely done. Definitely best of the bottles Iíve had.

On tap atca place in Sydney Airport. Pours a deep copper volour with a perfect creamy head, that stays in the glass all the way down. Earthy aroma of some caramel, wood, and some red apples. Good balance in the taste. I feel a lot of ambers focus too much on the caramel, this have some, but without the quite big sweetness other ambers have. Some slight bitterness in the finish. Good carbonation, making it quite refreshing. Medium body and a smooth palate. Itís not my favorite style of beer, but this one is how I want my amber when I have one

Bottle. Aroma is mostly caramel, light spicy hops. Sneeze inducing - weird. Taste is... well this is clearly overcarbonated. I can not sense a thing, sorry.
