COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
James Squire India Pale Ale is made with only Munich and pale malt, so it brews to a rich, golden colour, with a robust, malty character. Its earthy floral aromas are a result of dry-hopping with English Fuggles hops added in generous amounts directly to the maturation tanks. This India Pale Ale is handcrafted in the traditional style. It is higher in alcohol, effervescent and has a characteristic highly hopped bitterness with a crisp finish on the palate.

A very drinkable Indian Pale ale. Was very sceptical trying this with many people giving it a bad wrap, but for someone who like a good indian pale this is not a bad beer. Great aroma and body... Nice caramel flavours too which was a pleasant surprise..

A drinkable beer but not a great beer in itself and as an ipa. Slightly floral on the nose otherwise a bit of a generic pale ale.

Aroma - Floral, not a lot else. Appearance - Rusted colour, dark copper. Taste - Good balance, not as complex as some other IPAs but some nice citrus notes. Bitter aftertaste and very cleansing on the palate. Would drink this one again, but not eager to drink it again soon.

Clear dark golden with a small off-white head and some lacing. Aroma of caramel and fruity. Flavors the same, sweet
Decent, but this is no West Coast IPA.

KeefOz (763) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - AUG 10, 2013
Poured a clear golden amber with a one-finger white foamy head that retained reasonably well and laced OK. Moderate carbonation with small bubbles forming trails. Aroma of decent floral hops. Taste a bit of malt but predominantly nice moderate hops bitterness. Medium body. Crisp finish. Not as over-hopped as other IPAs but still quite nice.

Strong floral aroma on this. Pours a golden colour. The hops come through with a nice bitterness and full mouth feeling.

Not as complex as a other IPA’s. No real aroma, slight citrus notes with a fresh grassy taste. Very easy drinking IPA
