Pours clear pale orange, with a tiny, quick disappearing head, a chemical hops taste and smell. Not that flash.

Keg at James Squire Brewhouse @ Waterfront City, Melbourne, Victoria. Clear golden, small head. Neutral nose. Sweetish with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Low-medium bitterness. Little flavour, and shallow hard malt character.

Trogdor (195) - Cairns, AUSTRALIA - NOV 15, 2013
Pale amber with fast dissipating frothy white head. Grassy, lime zest and DMS aromas. Lime and fresh cut green vegetable flavours, malt doesn’t make much of an appearance in the flavour. light, watery, mildly carbonated body with a dry mouthfeel. Over all not a great beer, but might be Australia’s best macro lager? It certainly has more to offer than most of the macro swill out there and it never fails to impress my macro drinking friends.

Draught as part of a tasting paddle, at James Squire Brewhouse at the Portland Hotel, Melbourne, on July 30, 2013.
Clear straw yellow color, white head. Sweet, light, malty taste. Grainy aftertaste. Thin fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, malty scent.

KeefOz (763) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - AUG 7, 2013
Poured a clear pale golden amber colour with a one-finger white foamy head that diminished fairly quickly and laced OK. Moderate carbonation seen by medium sized bubbles forming trails. Aroma of mild sweet malt, a trace of hops and a trace of yeast. Taste initially of sweet malt followed by a hint of mild sourish yeast then mild bitterness. Light body. Smooth and soft with a clean crisp finish. OK.

Looks, smells and taste like any Pale Lager in the world. Note a crispy palate and a real lemon peel in aftertaste. Nothing really amazing here. Cheers Mate !

Pours a golden color with a decent head that fades to some lacing. Mild aroma of citrus, bit of malt sweetness and grain. Taste of some citrus with a mild malt sweetness. Has a mild bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, crisp and refreshing. Decent beer for a hot summer day.

On tap at the Squire bar. Pours a light golden with fluffy white head that disappears. Aroma is quite plain, a bit strawy and dirty. Taste is quite crisp and refreshing. Could be an alright summer beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

345ml Bottle. Pours golden in colour. Not much in the aroma department. A little bit better than your average lager.
