COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed Mountain Fresh in the High Country
The Pale Ale is rich gold color with spicy citrus aromatics.
Nutty malt mid palate and finishing with a solid bitterness that lingers just enough to satisfy the senses.

Pours golden amber with a large suddy head leaving lots of lacing. Aroma has some lemon and orange hoppy notes and some faint clean malt. Subtle, but nice. Flavours are more of the same, but the malt has a slightly cardboard-like note. Carbonation is way too strong. Massively over the top.

Something strange in this. No head, easy enough to drink but didn’t rock my world.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Nice, sticky white head on top a clear amber body. Nose is very malt driven. Caramel malts with a touch of grass behind it all. Same in the taste. Solid, very easy drinking

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden hue with a nice light citrus and floral aroma. Straight up you get an earthy flavour and then a bitter kick with a slight malt undertone and then a dry finish. Good beer.

bottle. had this in my fridge for a few months and cracked it the other night. large fluffy head. quite strong on the citrus notes, but just seemed over carbonated to me.

Bottle 330ml. Very tasty. Aromas of caramel, and cola. Taste is sweet, with light bitterness, and average duration. Velvety palate, and medium body. Amber colour, with a frothy head.

Hazy amber gold, smallish white head. Restrained nose has light caramel malt; melons and peaches; floral and orange hops. Tastes of those fruits, too. Nice light but not watery body. Gentle bitter finish. Quite good, but a little sweet for me.

330ml bottle. Super lively when poured with a huge mountainous white head that takes ages to settle. Bright gold colour with citrus and floral hop aromas that come through and compliment the clean crisp flavour. Slightly acrid aftertaste.

Sharp and precise. Orange and citrusy. Better than the beast but a little metallic.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a creamy beige head. A great nose that reminded me of a fresh floral bouquet weaved in a cookie dough basket....OK that makes no sense but moving right along...the flavour is chewy biscuity malt, caramel, berries and citrusy hops. Great balance and has a fruit cake similarity to it. Smooth and bitter mouthfeel. A fantastic English pale ale and I’m really surprised by the low ratings on here but it’s all good. Would love to try a pint of this at the brewery. Delicious beer!
