saxo (3510), Højbjerg, Aarhus, Denmark Oct 16, 2009 Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, caramel, malt and notes of fruit. Tastes more like a bitter to me. ChristianScheffel (4402), Odense, Denmark Oct 1, 2009 Slightly hazy dark golden with a small hite head. Aroma of tropical fruits, caramel and malt. Malty sweet caramel flavour with good hop flavour and bitterness LanceUppercut (104), Sweden Sep 26, 2009 A nose of citrus an hops. Taste is initially mellow and smooth and contains butter and citrus. Jämtlands hussmak takes over a bit though. Dedollewaitor (3622), Odense, Denmark Sep 25, 2009 Bottle. Thanks to Madsnp. Pours cloudy orange/amber with a small creamy white head. Floral hoppy, orange peel, crisp and dry. Medium bodied. Quaffable Frovigalning (379), , Sweden Sep 6, 2009 It poured a clear dark golden-amber liquid with a medium sized foam that left some lacing. It had a scent of grassy hops, malt and hay. It had a taste of grassy hops, malt, something sweet and a hint of caramell. It also had some acidicy and wasn’t very smooth. A very nice lager, but only a decent beer. finol (474), Nacka (Stockholm), Sweden Jun 26, 2009 Bottle from Systembolaget
Pours amber with a white head
Fruity taste and the body/mouthfeel is more like an ale than a lager.
Rated one month past bb-date. Ljunkan (379), Karlstad, Sweden Apr 30, 2009 Bottle. Clear golden to amber color with a mediumsized white head. Aroma of flowers, citrus and some bready malt. Flavour is quite malty with some light hoppy citrus notes and a medium bitter finish. Smooth mouthfeel, body is medium, carbonation is soft. A nice beer with good thirst quenching abilities - probably a good choice when you want something as far away from complex as possible, but still with some taste. Skinnyviking (4142), Copenhagen, Denmark Apr 10, 2009 Bottle. Medium high fluffy but lasting off-white head. Clear amber body. Sugary, fruity, honey aroma. Candylike. Mild barley malt flavor with a nice bitterness, low carbonation, long aftertaste. Better than expected.
