I read some of the previous ratings on this beer and it got some high marks. I special ordered a couple of bottles from Systembologet. I have to say I was somewhat disappointed. It poured a clear amber color. There wasn’t much of a head that quickly disappeared. A light hoppy/malt arouma with a hint of hay. A little low on carbonation. It has a fuller body and a light hoppy aftertaste with a bit of a sweet note. Not a bad beer at all. But there are better beers for sure. I wouldn’t buy again.

Bottle.
Golden color with a large white head.
Malty and hoppy aroma. Some citrus, medium body. Ok but not that exciting to be honest.

Pours clear golden with a light white head.
Malty aroma with a little hop in the background.
Refreshing hoppy lager with medium body.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a pale amber beer with a white head. The aroma is malt with notes of fruit and citrus. The flavor is malt with hops and sweetness. The palate is fresh and bitter. Overall a good beer.

Draught (Oliver Twist, Stockholm) - Gold/amber with a white head. Dry aroma with a hint of citrus and hay. Hoppy and citric taste with lemon, malt and hops.

A nose of nuts, butter and soil. Taste is of grape, soil and citrus. The soily tone specific for Jämtlands takes over a bit too much.

50cl bottle. Thanks to Madsnp. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Frain , hy and hops. Medium bodied. Dry and crisp. Fine hop bitterness.
