Bottled. Clear, golden with an off-white head. Quite hoppy aroma, weak though, with pine. Pinecones, some malt, fruit and citrus in the flavor. Medium body and a nice, bitter finish. Didn’t impress me at all, but a nice lager it is. (061013)

Thanks to 2nd annual trade with Madsberg in Europe. While it smells lagerish, it is a cloudy yellowish with a thin retainng crown head. Smooth and very drying taste. Hop is there,it’s acidic and clear as is malt, and they are entwined together uniquely.

Bottle. Very grassy, herbal hoppy aroma. Some citrus too. Very hop dominated taste. Not overly sweet palate. Good, but not great.

Pours slightly cloudy with a bubbly white head, i was expecting something a little darker. Citrussy grapefruit aroma, with some yeast too. Very nutty, munich malt flavour... maybe a little overdone. The hops add some nice grapefruit character and deliver some reasonable bitterness. The finish is fairly dry and bitter.
