Bottle @ OT. Almost black with some reddish hues, with a nice little creamy beige head. Malty nose, with the obvious roasted notes and a fruity hint. Light bodied, very refreshing and "swallowable".

Söta rostade aromer av torkade plommon, russin, choklad, soja, kaffe och lite humle. Relativt lätt kropp, ganska söt, mandel, hårdrostad och aningens rökig utan att vara kärv, måttlig beska men ändå en lång eftersmak. Bra balans mellan sötma-syrlighet och beska, fruktighet och kärvhet. Skulle jag få önska mig något är det en lite rundare och lenare munkänsla annars är den perfekt.

(50cl bottle) Courtesy of Blomster. Pours a near headless tan top and a near opaque reddish-brown body. Nose of molasses, coffee ground and cigarette ash. Wonderful aroma. Tongue is mildly tart and over-carbonated but the flavour is great: coffee beans, red wine, vanilla and burnt malt. Similar to St. Ambroise Oatmeal Stout - just a great beer! Bottle, sample. Dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma: chocolate, fruit, licorice. Taste: hoppy, citrus, sweet licorice, chocolate. Smooth and drinkable. Sure, this may just be a simple everyday porter, but with so much flavour and the low ABV, I’d definitely like to keep a case around the house.

Sample @ Porterfestivalen in Gothenburg on November 19. pours brownish black with a white head. Smell is slightly sour with roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Taste is robust with roasted malts, whole grain bread, chocolate and coffee. Finish is smooth and slightly bitter with hints of coffee. Very drinkable. Reminds me of a very light version of Founders breakfast stout.

Bottle, pours dark with small brown head. Aroma is roasty, citrus, chocolate, coffee. Taste is a bit bitter and not that sweet. A bit thin taste in my opinion. Medium carbon, light-medium mouthfeel.

Bottle at SBWF 2011. Coffee, hops and choclate and slightly more heavy than expected from the low abv.

Sample @ SBWF 2011. Smooth and creamy. Has got a coffe bean like dryness. Surprisingly (citrus) hoppy.

Bottle 50 cl, SB, Östersund. Pours pitch black with a smsll bubbly brown head leaving lace. Aroma of roasted, cereal, hops and hay. Flavor is oily, thick, roasted, bitter, acidy, slightly smoked and dry. Finishes with a longlived roasted, dry and bitter aftertaste.

Clear very dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet malty, caramel, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted bitter finish. Very good for the low ABV. 050711

Bottle bought at Systembolaget in Östersund. Very dark, almost black with a quite small creamy beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, some coffee, chocolate and nuts. A bit thin taste, aftertaste was not that long. Soft carbonation, some sweetness, coffee and chocolate. Ok but not too exciting.
