Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Best until 7/07. Dark brown color. Sherry and apple in the aroma. Has thinned considerably, but has kept satisfyingly well. Still a firm head. Sherry-like flavor with toffee. Quite drinkable.

Bottled, alc. 6% (BB 07/2007)
Dark nut brown color, creamy beige head, some lace. Nutty hoppy aroma. Sourish, nutty hoppy flavor, some caramel. Some grassy hops in the aftertaste. Slightly vinegardish, so propably didn’t age that well. Otherwise a bit like some Fullers’s strong ales.

A Sim rate (RBESG tasting): Sweet sticky aroma with red wine and grape. Nice red / dark brown appearance with a decent head. Flavour is similar to the aroma but extra sticky like teriyaki sauce.

Bottle. Dark copper, clear beer, with a beige head. Dried fruits and malt in both aroma and flavor. Some sweetness as well, in the flavor. Medium body. I found it a bit strange, wondering what their intentions with the beer is. The commercial description says it is a nice beer with the food of Easter, but what do the swedes eat then? Doesn’t mean that much anyway, I’m not a great fan of this beer. Don’t misunderstand, it’s not bad. (070705)

Rastacouere (5923) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 29, 2007
A damp earth coloured beer with an eggy off-white head that fails to last. Rather grainy nose, but the dark kind, quite nutty, almost bock-like in its caramelly attempt that head toward buckwheat honey territory. Mild acidity takes on, bringing a certain wooden berries component into the mix and finishing with fading support hops. Fairly balanced, but subpar jamtlands offering from my very high esteem of their line. A bit underdefined in texture.
