500 ml bottle. Brownish amber color. Mostly diminishing tanned cream head. Very aromatic; toasted malts, caramel, plums and raisins, burnt sugar and refined hops. Taste is full malty with a gentle sweetness and some pleasant notes of dark dried fruits and mild bittering hops. Healthy body. Malty-bitter end. A very nice one.

Jämtlands bryggeri är en hovleverantör av kvalitet. Komplex utan att bli avancerad. Kraftfull utan att tappa nyanserna. Ännu en fullträff, kort sagt.

ante (3374) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 7, 2008
UPDATED: MAR 12, 2008 Bottled. Pours out in a clear reddish amber colour with a rich firm off-white foam. Orangey hops, earth, milky chocolate, almonds and berries in the aroma. Nearly full-bodied with notes of cocoa, fudge, earth, butter, pepper and dried oranges. Long aftertaste of earthy yeast, dried oranges, roasted nuts toffee, dark chocolate, black cherries, pine and anise. Hearty, quite chewy and a complex "easter warmer".
