Bottle huge thanks to rickgordon! Aroma is a mix of pale malts and roasted black malts, grassy bittering hop. Taste is similar, not really balanced, but not not balanced. A simply confusing beer. But very very sweedish on very front.
3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Blom (778) - Odense, DENMARK - MAR 30, 2008
Brown with a dense head. Hoppy aroma and a flavour of citrus, caramel and walnuts. Almost no carbonation and very soft. A nice one.

A Mes rate: 50cl bottle thanks to Jenny. Red amber with a decent beige head. Sickly sweet tobacco malt aroma. Flavour is over the top tobacco also. Smells for all the world like a tobacconist. Tastes like chewing a cigar. Would probably be ill if I drank too much of this. Not great.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Svesse (4215) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - NOV 15, 2007
(Bottle) Pale brown colour with huge, frothy beige head, leaving lots of lacing. Fruity, slightly roasted nose with notes of juniper bushes, toffee, caramel, bready malt and hops. Fruity, toasty taste with notes of juniper berries, toffee, a hint of sal ammoniac and spicy, earthy hops in a long, slightly bitter finish. Medium body, modest notes of sweetness. Very tasty, very balanced. Quite excellent actually.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 SamGamgee (2451) - down the whirlpool, California, USA - OCT 24, 2007
50cl bottle from from Systembolaget. Mostly clear copper brown with some yeast floating around and a small cream head. This had a great aroma: starts of spicy, fruity, and hopy, but as the beer warms wonderful aromas of caramel and toasted malt come out. Flavor is solidly malty with good hop balance, finish is dry and bitter. Very well balanced, and the lighter body and smooth carbonation make it very drinkable. Overall a fantastic bitter, and an excellent session beer.

Bottle at home ... copper colour ... fruity malt nose ... good malt base with a nice fresh hop overtones with a bit of roast malts and lots of smokeyness and dry hop in linger.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 thewolf (8245) - Kolding, DENMARK - OCT 4, 2007
Bottle. Bought @ Systembolaget, Strömstad. Pours a wonderful dark amber with an equally wonderful small creamy yellowish head. It stays alle the way to the end of the beer. Aroma has a clear caramel toffee with some fruity hoppyness at the back. Nice, full mouthfeel. Flavour has initial caramel sweetness before turning dry and relatively bitter. Very nice.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 Skinnyviking (5472) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 28, 2007
Draught. Very small, in fact hardly existing head. Clear dark red brown body. Fruity caramel aroma. Heavily carbonated and pretty bitter flavor. Long bitter aftertaste.
