UPDATED: OCT 17, 2011 Bottle.Clear deep amber with a good head that leaves lots of lacings.
Sweet malty aroma with lots of caramel, butterscotch, some oranges and peach, grassy hops and some mineral.
Big flavor for a folk beer! Caramel, toffee, oranges and peach and a good bitterness that gets dryer in the aftertaste.
Slight light bodied, but very rich for the style, with soft mushy carbonation.
A great folk beer! Definitely one of the best ones I’ve had.
