COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This product is our west neighbours’ favourite. It is produced according to a 100 years-old recipe. It will surely find its friends also on our market. The yeasty beer is of refreshing taste and strong body. It contains brewery yeast fungi with large quantity of the B12 vitamin. A yeasty sediment is an integral component of the beer.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw as well as light notes of citrus, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Large thick creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Clear yellow color with particles in flow. Aroma of light grass, caramel, grain, flora. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light bitter and sweet flavour. Light dry and grassy finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours light hazy yellow to orange with a small yeast sediments and a slowly collapsing white head. dry malty and hoppy aroma. Vague yeasty flavoured with a dry bitterness swept through. Lingering acidic and bitter finish, very minor yeasty bubblegum note.
