Bottle @ Fonefan. Pours ruby amber with a smal creamy head. Bread, grain and fruit. Flavor is caramel, bread and hints of fruit. Smooth and full bodied. Good.

Clear medium to dark red - brown amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, light roasted, light brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, light brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111221]

Pleasant, mild Dunkel.....

Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly sugary and toasty malty taste with notes of molasses and a tinge of caramel; sweet and slightly toasty finish with restrained hoppy notes. A bit one-sided. 30.VIII.11
