Draft. Pours gold with a small white head, some retention/lace. Aroma of cereal, floral/grassy hops, must, fruity esters. Taste is lightly bitter, dusty, lemon, pepper, floral/grassy hops. Palate is bone dry, high carbonation, bitter dry finish.

Good saison, though on tap it definitely seemed filtered. Light,. grassy, and slightly sweet. Lacking the chalkiness of the best saisons, but a good beer.

Cloudy orange, big fluffy but fragile white head. Smells, y’know, like a saison, but I also get roses, too. Light and crisp. Lots of floral, spicy notes. Dry, herbal, winey finish.

750 ml, bb 13/04/2016. Hazy orange-golden with a lasting meringue of foam. Nose is waxy resin, pollen and lemongrass. Flavor is the same, plus some honey, peppery white wine, pith, and some overdone, bitter spices - seems mostly coriander. Medium body is highly carbonated, dry, and tingly. Not enough funk and too much spice and citrus hop for me.

Draft pours pale yellow with slight haze, 2 fingers of rocky head, great retention. Aroma is lightly tart lemon peel, brett, a gentle "green" hop citrus note, some hay and barnyard. Exquisite. Taste is mild bretty funk, lemon and lime peel, earth, lingering funky bitter grapefruit finish. Body is light to medium, silky smooth, gentle carbonation, perfect dry funky/tart/bitter/floral finish. Overall, extremely subtle and delicate, delicious and unrealistically drinkable.

Pours clear pale yellow with a sudsy white head. The aroma has sweet nectar fruit, spices, anise, banana esters, overripe apples, earthiness and Belgian yeast - on the sweet side for the style. The body is fairly light and is crisp with sharp carbonation. The flavor starts out with mildly toasted malt, crackers, peaches, peppery spice and some astringency. The finish adds some sulfur and grassiness. The taste is much drier than the aroma. Nice saison.

Tap, Moeder Lambic. Slightly hazy yellow gold body with a small fizzy white head. Delicate spice on the nose with a great floral hoppiness. Wheat and pils malt lay the backbone, a slight touch of soapiness. The flavor is rather light and delicate as well with a perfumy hoppiness and very subtle spicing. Mouthfeel is light bodied and dryish with perfect soft fizzy carbonation. Very nice Saison, unique and not overdone with the spicing.
