On tap. Pours a hazy yellow with full head. Aromas of lemon furniture polish and light yeast. Flavors are similar with a little white pepper and an emphasis on fruitiness. Light overall but a good quaffer.

Very refreshing aroma. The taste is also refreshing. Dry finish. Maybe a little plain.

Pours in hazy yellow body with high frosty head. Aroma has light notes of corn, peppers, spicy yeasty character too. Taste has light malty sweetness with light to very low bitterness. Refreshing, little bit yeasty on the after taste. Body is light, high carbonation.

Thanks Rene! Mooie fruitige saison. Behoorlijk droog, minder fruitig in smaak dan in aroma. Erg lekker in het zonnetje!

2014.04 - ZBF Leuven - geel/blond bier, beetje troebel, mooie witte schuimkraag - neus : hop, citrus - mond : bitter, fruitig en zeer verfrissend, bitterheid blijft hangen.

Meh. I have heard this beer is rare, but I found it on the shelf at Total Wine & More the other day. It is good, but not worth $13 and not worth writing home about. Perhaps a good example of the style, though. Just not my cup of tea.

Courtesy of bartlebier, thank you! A very complex and refreshing beer, with aromas of white pepper, citrus, hay, grass, herbs, all carried by a champagne-like tartness. Great beer!

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours a pale orange with fluffy head. Aroma is Belgian yeast, melon, straw, farmhouse, blueberry, earth. Taste is honey-like malts and orange peel with light spice, banana, and some tripel-like syrupy fruitiness, fading into grassy and piney hops. Very good.
