[thank you, plovmand]
I was seriously looking forward to this, and it surely didn’t disappoint. Pours hazy yellow with small floaties and a small, staying, creamy white head. Aroma is sweet at first, quite dry, notes of pine and apples. Fine, very dry mouthfeel. Flavour starts of sweet, with overripe apples, dry oakiness, brett notes and light pine. Super, super balance and a beer I could sip on for hours...

Aroma: honey, hay, pickles, grass, mustiness
Appearance: pale yellow, white head, little lacing
Flavor: hay, grass, slight tartness, little pickle-flavor--like the dills, not sweet pickles, yeastiness
Palate: yeasty, tart yeast aftertaste

Bottle. Hazy orange appearance. Aroma is slightly peppery and citric, with some nice floral notes. Palate is dry and lightly grassy and floral, with some light white grape notes, and a peppery finish. Mouthfeel is fairly carbonated, but quite a soft carbonation. Good stuff i think. Good saison.
