Pretty darn enjoyable, if not classic.. Elegant, delicate, light and refreshing... with no lack of complexity and nuance. Elegant honey and floral notes string together other aromas and flavors.. with layers of light white peach, juicy stonefruit, Brett C, bready yeast, hay, and wheat. Delicate, creamy carbonated mouthfeel. Dry. Overall, a classy, elegant Saison, with balanced layers and subtle, complex nuances. Solid. More please... --- tasted while on a long journey to understand the world around me...

75 cl bottle, capped but not corked. Aroma of anis, slight exotic fruit. Pours a hazy, unfiltered apple-juice yellow. Smooth melange of pineapple notes, dry and simple palate, short finish. Very drinkable, almost verging on a mellow lager, without being light. A good summertime crossover. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
