(From notes 10 Nov, 2012) Bottle. White, airy, quite small head. Pours golden. Aroma a bit sweet and refreshing. Flavor is a sweet start and a bitter end. Stingy CO2. Overall, quite refreshing. Good stuff.

Bottle thanks to Suttree. Slightly hazy yellow with a frothy, resilient white head. Aroma of pear, apple, yeast, and bread. Yeasty, bready, fruity flavor,and semi-sweet, but pretty bland. Medium bodied, kind of sharp, a touch buttery. Decent.

En botella,Acceptable saison con toque de lúpulo,pocos encajes,un poco demasiado carbonatada.En tirador me gusto mas hace unos años en belgica.

A really nice beer but there was a big separation between draft and the bottle. My draft experience left me wanting the rest of the keg but the bottle was not as memorable.
With that, it lacks the liveliness of other saisons but it really succeeds in different flavors. A little darker than straw and minimal head.
I would drink this again from either draft or bottle but I would go for draft first.

Herbal lightest of minty qualities, medium body not lively... Mildly malty... Flavorful...

Tap East. Keg. Fresh shower in my mouth. Kippers. Rubber band. Nice. Easy drinking.

On tap at Moeder Lambic, Brussels. Has a hazy straw colour with a white, wipped egg white-like, head. The aroma is filled with hops, grass and citrus. Wonderful flavours of citrus, hops and hay. A light and slick mouthfeel, and a medium bitterness. A fresh, tasteful and delicious saison.

Bottle, shared Xmas 2009 with mowbeer and skykob. Lightly hazed bright shade of golden; aroma blends tropical fruit with some barnyard; intriguing mix of some tangy grapefruit and pineapple and mustiness with hints of green pepper and menthol and a lively texture

A light golden beer with a thin white head. It’s a sweetish beer with a bit of citrus and pepper. A little bit of brett, but very subtle, tart finish. Light and refreshing beer.
