750 ml bottle. Pleased that this is now at my local Total Wine.

Clear-ish yellow pour, white head. Lovely nose of honey and lots of barnyard dust. Very tasty though not funky and no untoward esters, fairly strong noble hop presence late. If this was 5% instead of 6.5% it would be absolutely brilliant. I like my saisons a little more crushable; for something higher in abv this doesn’t have the intensity I would ask. Still, great beer.

Coloração amarela palha. Odor herbal e adocicado, a boca acompanha com leveza e frescor num corpo moderado. Excelente

Birch and Barley, DC bottle: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is funky and herbal, honey, and just a tad fruity. Taste is slightly hoppy but mostly on the funky side. Quite herbal. Plenty of honey. Nice.

Pours light hazy with a small firm head. Nose is weak but pleasant with slight herbal notes. Taste is slightly bitter with fading hops but leaving a bitter palate. Grassy notes and also taste slight herbal.

Dorata dalle sfumature ocra, schiuma bianca e compatta, al naso citrica ed erbacea con un lattico lieve ed un rustico appena accennato. In bocca è vivace e di corpo medio. Secca nel finale con un amaro quasi perpetuo.

A slightly hazy pour with little to no head (on tap). Some hop aroma, otherwise quite tame. The flavours are mostly grassy, some hop lingering at the back and slightly sour. I would say this beer exists somewhere between the world of saison and pilsner? Refreshing and quite quaffable.

This brew fills the glass with a hazy tan color topped by a fluffy, dense, lacey white head. A profusion of cereal grains and weedy summer plants smack the nose. Earth aromas abound. The body is earthy, but more smooth. Honeyed grain notes are joined by lovely Thai basil. Exquisite.

Lys strågul farge med høyt hvitt fluffy skum. Tiltalende aroma av sitrus, mildt av humle, gjær samt pepper. Sitrus, humle og pepper i smaken. Mildt sur, så en anelse bitter i ettersmaken. Ganske tynn konsistens.

Clear pale gold, rocky white head. Lively carbonated, light red orange aroma, spicy, honey sweetness and some yeasts. Very light, almost watery taste, quite bitter ending and aftertaste, similar to the white grapefruit peel. Equilibrated spices and citrus.
