Bottle. Moderate malt aroma of hay, dried grass and lemon for the hops, light barnyard for the yeast, with notes of coriander and clove . Head is small, fizzy/frothy, white, with some slippery lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is slightly hazy yet sparkling, then muddy on the last pour, yellow, with a small amount of fine sediments. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and lightly to moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a lively carbonation. A mellow Saison for certain, but it’s almost like tasting carbonated nature in a bottle.

opalescent golden colour, medium sized, not too dense white head; aroma of fruitiness (tangerine and other citruses), grassy and earthy notes, some hay and barnyard; taste is the same - really enjoyable Saison; I like it!

On tap at Moeder Lambic. Orange color with small white head. Nice tangerines and peaches in the aroma, not much funk. Taste is dry-fruity, but still full. Nice carbonation. Would be a great summer beer!

Golden with a light hazyness and a medium frothy white head. Aromas of peach/nectarine, white grapes, orange and hints of barnyard and cereal arise. Low carbonation with a light even watery texture and a light body yet lots of flavour such as a grainy malt center with some hints of sweetness envelopped by a fruity bitterness opening to a soft acidity. Short-medium finish. A well balanced thirst quencher!

Shared 750 ml bottle at local tasting. Clear pale golden first, cloudy with floaties in my glass (end of bottle). Moderate white head. Nice spicy and herbal aroma, "typical saison". Spicy and yeasty flavour, fairly well hopped.

Shared bottle at local tasting. Pours clear golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, touch of wood. Lively clean and dry mouthfeel. Taste is moderate dry, yellow fruits and apples, shy dry bitter hoppy finish.
