A really nice beer but there was a big separation between draft and the bottle. My draft experience left me wanting the rest of the keg but the bottle was not as memorable. With that, it lacks the liveliness of other saisons but it really succeeds in different flavors. A little darker than straw and minimal head. I would drink this again from either draft or bottle but I would go for draft first.

Dulçor frutado, remetendo à maçã. Amargor lupulado, gredoso. Nota: 110 s

From tap@porte noir. Yellow misty color, white head. Nose:citrus, yeast, fruity, hops, very well balanced and very fresh. Taste:yeast, hop, citrus, lemon. Bit tintling, spicy undertone. Lacks some punch, but again, easy drinkable. Bitter, hoppy. Very nice beer, lacks the dryness of a real saison, still, good stuff.
