75 cl bottle (Mini market from village next to the micro-brewery). One main flavor of malt with a contrast of hops: sweet start and a nice bitter end. Low carbonation. Medium body with a long lasting taste on the tongue. Interesting beer but not very attracting for me.

75cl bottle from cerveteca. Color is dark orange to brown. Head is thin to medium and white. Taste is light to medium sweet. Light sour. Aroma is caramel, fruity, yeast, wood, light metal.

Scopey (8544) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 3, 2015
Draught at Moeder SG. It pours lightly hazy amber with a medium yellow-white head. The nose is fresh brown bread, earth, stewed orange, marmalade, bubblegum and foamy banana sweets. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, earthy, wood, light spice, dough, touch metallic, mild sweetness and farmyard with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather tasty stuff. Drank mighty easy.

Bela cor ambar. Belo creme. Aroma e sabor bastante herbáceo. Muito temperado. Um pouco ácida. Mas desce muito bem. Valeu a prova!

Lore (1393) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 28, 2015
opalescent mahogany colour, huge, stable yellowish head; aroma of dried fruits (raisin, maybe some figs)and overripe fruitis, roasted sugary notes, some nuts, resiny and minimal floral notes; taste of maltyness, roasted notes, dried fruits and resin; great Belgian Ale

All around solid farmhouse. Higher ABV than usual. But otherwise, this is the epitome of the style.

Hazy amber color with ruby hues, aromas of coffee and red berries, oily texture, slightly bitter, short and dry finish, not bad but it's missing something

Trappist1 (642) - Diest, BELGIUM - DEC 13, 2014
Deep golden color with beige head. Nose of fresh (American) hops, flowers. Exotic fruit. Taste: gentle hops, some trades of malts and yeast, but very well in balance. Fruity. Some sugarish candy in the back. Subdued carbonation. Bitter finish, subtile. Well made beer, very enjoyable.
