On draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours a slightly hazy blonde colour with a thick white head. Aroma of lemon, caramel, banana and cloves. Similar flavours with white pepper also and a grassy, bitter finish. Moderate carbonation and a chewy mouth-feel. Alcohol is well balanced with lingering lemon, banana and pine.

Bottle @ The Euston Tap. Lightly hazy golden color with a big, attractive white head. The nose is sweet summer fruits - light white grape, strawberry and peach. Soft light yeast. The taste is very fruity, refreshing strawberries and peach on a soft wheat body, hints of lemon and honey. The body’s soft. Overall, a nice beer.

Hazy yellow body with a white head. Soft floral flavour of grapefruit: subtle but certaintly nice. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Refreshing and well balanced.

Draft, at the Moeder Lambic Xmas market stall in Ste Catherine. Fuck, but it was cold though. The air, not the beer. A bright gold beer with lacy white head. Sunny tropical-fruit hop nose with little dank greenery. Moderately bitter and dry. Closer in kinship to IV Saison than the V Cense. Keep it up, boys.

Hazy white gold colour, firm white head. Aroma is very pronounced on the hops for a wheat beer. Fruity, quite herbal. Very fresh. Quite bitter hoppy flavour, light sour wheat malts, quite light, very fresh. Light sour wheat finish, fruity with light spices.
Quite lovely, very fresh and nice. Well made ’wit’ and refreshingly different. Another nice hit by Jandrain-Jandrenouille.

750ml bottle served in a tulip. Poured a slightly hazy gold with two fingers of big bubbled head. A little citrus and some Belgian spice in the aroma. More Belgian spice in the flavor. Light bodied and dry with a good amount of carbonation. Very easy drinking. Nothing over the top, but a solid, well made beer.

Sampled from two separate bottles. Poured a hazy golden color with a foamy white head. Aroma was citrus hops, yeast notes. Flavor was fruity, with a nice malt notes.

Draught (Chez Moeder Lambic, Brussels) - Golden with a white head. Passion fruit, mango and peach in the aroma. Hoppy and slightly sweet taste with notes of banana, peach and mango. Really nice.

750mL thanks to Travlr. Whoa. Explosive carbonation brings a giant white head atop hazed peach. Fresh pineapple and coconut nose with mild Brett and fresh biscuit. Juicy cantaloupe. Taste is neutral, dry, biscuity, mild wheat with lemon, pineapple, yellow apple. Fresh, quenching palate. Wow.
