Yellow and murky with almost no head. Smell reminded me of a sour flat citrus soap smell. The taste was very similar very sour and bland.

Dark yellow/orange with an even head. Brew is interesting but not yet fully developed. The fruits give a good tart sourness to it, the aftertaste is yet somehow dissappointing. Bottle from Burg Bieren Ermelo.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with some floaties and a small, off-white to white head. Not entirely clean aroma, some milky unpleasant notes blend with lemon, spice notes and cellar hints. The flavor isn’t much better, worse actually. Medium body, dead and papery. It ends like the initial flavor, far from good. Won’t miss this one. 110128

bottle, kindly donated by Bierkoning - bedankt! Hazy golden yellow, fizzy white head. Rather full-bodied for the style, sweet malty base with spices and hints of lemon/lime zest. Very nice, a tasty example of the style. Refreshing and tasty!

Bottle 300ml.

Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, leather, soap, coriander. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration,fruity, citrus, vegetables. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110128]

Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste was kind of off.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours unclear golden with a small white head. Nose is yeasty and spicy. Coriander and wheat. Tart fruity. Medium to thin body. Dry and short end.

Bottle 30 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small white head. Very strange aroma, somewhat citrusy and tea-like. Light body, very dry, slightly tart with fruit and tea notes. Dry finish with no hoppiness. 280111

Aroma of citrus, honey and pepper. Cloudy, yellow coloured with a lasting, off-white head. Taste is a little sourish-citronlike, sweet, refreshing. Orange, some yeast, wheats and some spices. Quite a dry finish for a white beer. I didn’t really liked it at start, but this beer has some nice complexness in it.

Flowery honeyaroma. Just a bit of sourness in the flavor. Grape sugar and flowers. Golden color, almost clear, just a bit hazy. Charming and tasty witbier, distantly resembling the legendary Neerijse Dubbel Wit.
