Had this over a year ago, didn’t write down any notes. Only remember that it was a little sour and that after a half glass I threw it away.

Bottle: Poured a dark black brown with a thin creamy light brown head. The aroma is a sweet malt. Taste is a dark roasted to burnt malt, sweet with a dry caramel finish.

(Bottle 30 cl) Only 6% ABV in my version. Muddy dark brown without much head. Another Bock being more sour than malty sweet. Discreet, bitter finish. Quite light in body and very refreshing. 110105

A red beer with a light brown head. The aroma is sour with strong notes of yeast. The flavor is sour yeasty with notes of spices and a dry finish. A typical Dutch microbrew.

Bottled, BB oct 2003. Cloudy brown color, short head. Aroma is lactic, bit chocolat indeed, yeasty. Taste is very sour, lactic milky, some honey sweetness. Quite disgusting.
