Bella birra, bell’aroma. In bocca non troppo travolgente anche se originale, forse semplicemente non troppo di mio gusto.

Nice APA interpretation by an italian beer firm. Great use of Sorachi Ace, exotic both on aroma and taste well balanced by caramel given by Crystal malt. All ingredients are declared, very transparent and helpful for the tasting .

Bottled 0,50L. Dark amber and fraught color, much charged and with an elegant and foamy head of long resistant, very elegant aspect. Powerfull hop aroma, much perfumed with notes of cask, red cortex, resin, little ashed wood, flowery final a little bit balsamic. Very pleasant body, much equilibrate alcohol content with agreable notes of hop (realy long duration), a little sour tip and a round hoppy and malty final. Decided but altogheter balanced bitter end. Wonderfull beer.
