Our Bavarian-style wheat beer (weissbier) is handcrafted using traditional brewing methods and a true strain of German yeast. A clovelike phenolic characteristic and a fruity-estery banana element combine to give our weissbier a well-rounded aroma and flavor. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated, it traditionally is served with a slice of lemon to quench any thirst.
