May 31, 2008 Cloudy amber beer with a creamy white head. Aroma is nice and sweet. Caramelly and toffeeish with a light nutty character. Earthy UK-type hopping. Woody and earthy with a light orangey fruitiness on the back. Lingering spicy bitterness. Great balance and quite tasty. More of a bitter than anything else.

May 21, 2008 En fût. Pinte dégustée directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur d’houblon et de caramel. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée légèrement voilée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblon et de caramel avec une pointe de céréales grillées. Durée moenne de l’arrière goût. Earthy, leafy hops proliferate within the caramel and toasted malts to build a highly quaffable and fresh brew.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam dwindles into the cloudy amber red.
-This does not adhere to any style guidelines that I know of. It’s just crispy and fresh throughout and nicely rendered.
-Carbonation is quite effervescent.
-A mineral touch seems to accompany this new hop variety.

Oct 8, 2007 Updated: Jun 11, 2008Pours a cloudy dark amber color with a ring of white lace. Nice aroma of hops, fruits, pepper and caramel. Good flavor of hops, fruits and caramel malt. The body is light and oily while the carbonation is moderate.
