1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20
Backlog. Had this a couple of years ago in Kuala Lumpor. Average standard international lager with a little more sweetness than most.

2.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Drank it in a 600ml bottle during my vacation in Pulau Redang. A beer linke that I never had before. It’s like you have liquid chewing gum in your mouth. For a ordinary lager it sure has some... mysterios... additives. A very strong and sweet apple aroma with a lacing of malt. It has a nice clear golden colour and - suprisingly - it is not that bad but you have to get used to it. If you drink to much, te aftermath in the morning is really bad. So keep an eye on that.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Green 300ml bottle at Precious restaurant in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Non-descript light lager of gd cor and light body. No decernable hops and malt overshadowed by sweetness from suspect adjunct (corn?). actually a relief from the prevalent draugjt Carlsber and its extremely dry finish.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
330 ml can. From Malaysia.
Clear golden colour with tiny white head.
Interesting aroma with green apple, bubblegum and some sourness.
Flavour is some malt, fruitiness, mild hops and definitely salty liquorice (salmiak). Quite unusual Pale Lager. Not necessarily bad.

2.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Had this in a 600ml bottle, served into a mug.
Pours a pale yellow, slightly greenish, with a small, fast-disappearing head with large bubbles. Very faint aroma of water(?). Very light flavour, with minty, lime and apple notes, complimented by hops and water (yes I can clearly taste water in the brew). Extremely fizzy (ingredients list actually contains carbon dioxide as one of the ingredients). Thumbs up for almost no alcohol taste despite it being 5%. Yeast and hops for a crisp, clear finish.
N.B. Always have with food - the fizzy nature and generally bland taste means you’ll struggle to get through a bottle of this brew without food.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Big bottle (maybe 650ml). Pale golden body with a diminishing white head. Aroma is weak grainy with a hint of fresh apple. Flavor is light, refreshing, grain, fruity with a hint of bitterness. Easy to drink easy to forget.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can. Bright yellow-gold with scant head. Bland cereal grains and slight pepper sprinkled on top. No overt flaws in the aroma. Thin and fizzy palate. Nice peppery aftertaste lingers nicely, indicating hops. Has a nice balance with a decent hop bitterness and crispness, making this one of the better Malaysian swills.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Yellow with some haze. Fresh with apple notes and a light but slightly cheesy noble hop aroma. Clean, lightly fruity and definitely more hop than most local lagers.
