Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of lemons, Belgian yeast, biscuit malt and a little bit of white pepper. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of spicy Belgian yeast as well as some grain and pale malts. There is a little bit of fruit in the flavor but it is lighter than it was in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel and high carbonation.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 JorisPPattyn (7306) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAR 31, 2013
Very well carbonated, very slightly veiled pale yellow beer under huge & dense snowwhite head, some lace. Intense "beery", slighty perfumed nose upon opening; faint citrus. Coriander? White candi sugar. Bitterish-spicy flavour. Maybe coriander, rootspices flavour (as mustardseed or horseradish, if not sharp). Again faintly citrussy, but bland. Feels really fizzy, gassy. Light body for an 8% ABV beer. Bof...
